📜 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing bujjicopilot.com, downloading the Bujji Desktop Application, or activating a Sprint/VIP Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All Sprint, Multi-Round, and VIP passes provide a specified allocation of live transcription and neural synthesis minutes (e.g., 60 mins for ₹999, up to 480 mins for ₹4,999) with a strict 30-day fixed validity from the date of key issuance. Minutes expire upon exhaustion or after 30 days, whichever occurs first.
🔄 4. 24-Hour Technical Refund Policy
We stand behind the reliability of our neural engines. If our software fails to launch or encounters persistent server-side connection errors on a supported Windows 10/11 system within 24 hours of purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund.
To request a refund, submit your UPI Transaction ID and device details to our support team within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days via original payment method.
🚫 5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute license keys, or attempt unauthorized multi-device concurrency on single-seat licenses. Violations result in immediate license termination without refund.
