We recognize that interview preparation involves sensitive personal documents, including career histories, compensation benchmarks, and current employer details. This Privacy Policy explains our strict practices regarding data isolation.
🔒 2. Zero AI Training Mandate
Your session context is isolated strictly in volatile memory and private cloud storage for your active session only.
📄 3. What Information We Process
- Account Identifiers: Your email address and transaction reference numbers for license activation.
- Resume & Experience DNA: Text extracted from uploaded resumes solely to formulate candidate-specific speaking points during technical questions.
- Audio Streams: Real-time microphone and loopback audio streams processed on-the-fly via encrypted WebSockets for transcription and immediately discarded.
🗑️ 4. Data Retention & Deletion
We do not store permanent audio recordings of your interviews. Candidate resume profiles stored for personalized RAG matching can be permanently deleted at any time upon request by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email.
🔐 5. Security Architecture
All data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols. On Windows devices, our Desktop Companion employs native Win32 Display Affinity (WDA_EXCLUDEFROMCAPTURE) to ensure local overlay data is invisible to screen-recording and remote conferencing software.
